SRM University Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Entrance Exam (SRM BHMCT) : the entrance examination is conducted to offer admissions for 3 years full time courses: B.Sc. in Hotel & Catering Management, B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, and B.Sc. in Hotel & Catering Management. The first course is recognized by SRM University, second by NCHMCT, and third by University of Madras. Selected candidates will pursue undergraduate hotel management courses from S. R. M. Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Chennai.

Eligibility:

• Candidates must have passed high school and intermediate or equivalent exam from a recognized board.
• Candidate should have scored at least 50% in intermediate examination.
• Candidates should have passed individually in English subject.

Exam Pattern:

• Question paper will be set in English only.
• It is expected that the question paper will contain nearly 100 objective type questions and the paper will contain total weightage of 315 marks.
• Negative marking scheme is applicable.
