National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida shall be receiving applications for admission to B.Sc Hospitality & Hotel Administration Programme (A full time regular course) till 06th April 2015 (Monday). Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2016 will be conducted on 30th April 2016 (Saturday)

Eligibility:

Applicants must have passed intermediate or its equivalent examination with English as one of its subject.

 Applicants, whose intermediate results are awaited, are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Upper age limit of applicants belonging from unreserved and OBC categories is 22 years as on July 1, 2014 and for candidatesSC/ST categories, the upper age limit is 25 years.

Exam Pattern:

The duration of the exam will be 3 hours and will have a total of 200 questions.

There will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

The questions asked under Aptitude for Service Sector will carry the graded marks.

The most apt answer shall be awarded 1 mark, followed by 0.75, 0.5, 0.25 marks respectively. However there is no negative marking for Aptitude for Service Sector section

The Department of Hotel Management & Catering Technology presently offers a four-year (8 Semester) Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT). This programme is approved by AICTE

The program lays emphasis on practical application of theoretical lessons through training, laboratory work, hands on workshops, theme parties, projects and study tours. To have a real life experience of Industry students go on "Industrial Exposure Training" for 6 months in various Star Hotels
